  2. i started this workout a few days ago. i will keep you updated and i'll see if this workout really lift your bust. but what i can say for now is that i definitely feel the burn in my chest so i know i'm doing it the right way 😉

  7. Edit 3: There might be a slight difference. Too early to tell. Need all your motivation yo carry on.
    Edit 2: My arms hurt a lot and so does my neck and shoulders. It's been 5 days since I started.
    Edit 1: Day 3 of the routine… Arm hurt a little… No much difference in the bust. Will follow up again.
    So this is fresh comment thread… I started today. Though I am not flat I do want to go up a size or two… Will update every couple of days if possible…. We are all perfect the way we are, but we can definitely try to achieve a fitter body for a healthy lifestyle and its lockdown, so, if not now then when??

  9. ive been working out a lot, so i wss afraid my tiddies would get saggy, butt ive been doing this for 2 weeks and holy shit my tiddies look so much better now 🙂 + even my friend noticed wtfkjf
    im a 36DD so i didn't really want them to get bigger, but instead they just got firmer and idk its rlly nice hehe

    💖DAY 1- obviously no change but my arms are kindaaa sore, so hopefully they’ll tone up and i’ll no longer have arm fat flapping around like those mf flying bats lmfaoo
