i hate being able to look this up i wish my boobs would have never sagged im only 16 which is sad cuz its so unattractive to men and to me im so insecure its not even funny T T
i started this workout a few days ago. i will keep you updated and i'll see if this workout really lift your bust. but what i can say for now is that i definitely feel the burn in my chest so i know i'm doing it the right way 😉
